The Humble Hearts School for the Deaf is located in Nairobi, Kenya and seeks
to educate students who are orphans or from poor families who cannot afford the
costs of special education.

The students at Humble Hearts have created art work using the block printing techniques they learned in January 2007. These pieces of art have been used to create 10 different holiday card sets.

Profits from the sale of these beautiful holiday cards will be used to benefit Angel Cottage at Humble Hearts School for the Deaf. A new Angel Cottage building will be completed and ready for the students to move in on November 1st. The costs of construction did not include funds needed to purchase additional beds, tables, stoves, etc. Until December 31st, every dollar raised will be matched. A generous donor has agreed to donate $0.50 for every dollar we raise up to a $5000 match. Your purchase of these cards will go even farther this year in helping children!

Each set of cards contains 10 cards of a single design. There are 10 different designs to choose from.

Our 2009 holiday cards are blank on the inside.

The back of each card contains information about Humble Hearts and the need for deaf education in Kenya.

Product Details

Each set contains 10 cards ( 5" x 7") and 10 envelopes. The greeting cards are printed on a high quality cardstock that consists of 30% recycled paper. The printer uses wind power as their energy source.

Purchasing these greeting cards will not only directly help the students at Humble Hearts, but will also help educate others about Humble Hearts and the importance for affordable education for the deaf in Kenya. Additionally, the printing process and materials help protect our environment.
